Mac's Story

With a background in exercise science, personal training, and nutrition coaching, I’ve spent years helping people not just reach their goals but learn how to fuel and train their bodies in a way that feels sustainable. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Texas A&M University, where I built a strong foundation in human performance, movement mechanics, and evidence-based nutrition. It was there that I developed a deep understanding of proper coaching techniques and the importance of programming that’s rooted in science—not trends.
